The courses are held by appointment for a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 12 participants.
The courses last approximately 4 hours and some of them finish with lunch
The lessons can be held in Italian, English, French and Spanish.
Participants will have all the necessary equipment and during the whole duration of the course will be served drinks. The wines during lunch are included.
At the end participants will receive a diploma and the recipes prepared during the course
